So I asked my many neighbors who've had this particular company work on their house. Some of my neighbors said they showed up, looked at their roof and said no. You're fine. Call us back in a few years. Many of my neighbors had used them. They had a very nice selection of products with various price points. I had things on the house that I knew were wrong. And they immediately recognized those particular things. So on the surface the price looks high, but, The scope of what they did was very large. They fixed multiple things including installing vents that should have been there 20 years ago but the previous people straight up didn't install them. My roof is finally properly vented. I have shingles that are rated for a lot of wind and very large hail, and, my insurance company is significantly dropping the cost of my house insurance. I use this company because I was left with peace of mind. The workers that came out did a very good job. They worked very fast and worked really hard for good cleanup. In other words, they did not leave a mess. I would recommend them to work on anyone's house without reservation. I was so happy with them that my neighbor is going to have them do her roof too.
